PR Career Position Alert: Part Time Human Resources & Accounting Clerk

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Assistant with Accounting and Human Resource experience. Associate will report directly to CEO and Sales team to assist day-to-day with all general accounting and bookkeeping support functions for AR/AP, Payroll, and ongoing day to day bookkeeping within Quickbooks. Independent self starter needed with exceptional interpersonal skills. For the HR front team member will be responsible for interviewing for multiple positions, hiring, and setting up new hire training with staff members.BPMPR specializes in Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle and Events however works cross industry for businesses, experts, authors, technology however works cross industries from A-Z

Human Resources responsibilities will include:

  • Interviewing & Hiring
  • Assistance with on-boarding with providing orientation to new hires
  • Complete all new hire paperwork
  • Issuing staff reviews, corrective actions, etc.
  • Collect and manage leave requests (FMLA, vacation requests, etc)
  • Complete hiring and termination forms
  • Implementation of benefits & incentive programs
  • Maintenance of employee files
  • Partnership set up with schools etc. for internship programs

Accounting responsibilities will include:

  • Basic accounting functions as needed
  • A/R, A/P and invoicing
  • QuickBooks and Excel Experience
  • Courtesy and Reminder calls to clients for billing purposes
  • Payroll Processing
  • Day-to-Day Bookkeeping
  • Budgeting & Sales Goal development assistance
